Terms & Booking Policy

Confirming a date
A date is only held once it has been confirmed in writing with Femitha. Wedding season dates are usually reserved several months ahead, so early enquiries are encouraged.
Packages and pricing
Packages are tailored to your ceremonies, location and the number of people being booked, and are shared on enquiry rather than listed publicly.
Travel and location
Bookings are carried out at your home, hotel or venue across Kerala. Travel bookings for Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh are welcome, with travel and stay arrangements agreed before the date is confirmed.
Timings on the day
A schedule is agreed in advance so there is enough time for the bride and any additional bookings. Please allow for the arrival time discussed, as delays on the day can affect the finish and the ceremony schedule.
Changes and cancellations
Date changes are accommodated wherever the new date is free. If plans change, let Femitha know as early as possible so the slot can be released for another client.
Skin, allergies and trials
Please share any allergies, sensitivities or recent skin treatments before your booking so products can be chosen safely. Trials, where required, are arranged separately by appointment.
Photographs
Femitha may photograph completed looks for the portfolio and social media. Let her know if you would prefer your images to remain private and they will not be published.
